A walkthrough of this portal — two minutes, narrated by the person who built it. The route a citizen takes: the front door, the company register and the fee split, a name refused under rule 8A before any money is paid, what a late company owes at Rs 100 a day, and the two assistants doing different jobs — Guided Assistance pointing at a control without ever typing into it, and the intake agent reading a Hinglish sentence into the registration form. Every screen is the running service and every figure on it was computed by the live engines during the recording. Nothing in it was filed.

How it works — the longer cut, for anyone who wants the machinery: the filing review that raises an SRN and files nothing, the agent calling compute_exposure and being refused a figure of its own, the trace every answer writes about itself, why this model was chosen on tool-call reliability rather than price, and the MCP surface where no tool accepts a CIN, a DIN or a PAN.

The WhatsApp channel, answering — the thread on /whatsapp taking real questions and returning figures computed by the same engines /compliance uses, with the provenance line under each reply stating whether account data was touched and how many model calls it took. It reads zero, because legal content never touches a model. No WhatsApp sender number is connected, so nothing in this film shows a phone messaging the service — the router, the webhook and the reply logic run; the number is a provisioning step that has not been completed.
