This site is an independent design concept for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs service journey, built for a public hackathon. It is not an official Government of India website and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by the Ministry.

Using this site, you accept that:

• Nothing here constitutes legal, tax, secretarial or investment advice.
• No statutory form is filed, no fee is collected and no approval is granted through this site.
• Every computed figure, due date and checklist is illustrative and must be confirmed with the competent authority before you rely on it.
• Statutory content changes by amendment, notification and circular, sometimes with immediate effect.

Disclaimer

Content is compiled from published sources and is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency. The exposure calculator applies published rates to the facts you enter; it is an arithmetic aid, not a demand, an assessment or a quotation. Where this site and an official source differ, the official source governs.

No liability is accepted for any decision taken on the basis of this site. Confirm every date and amount on the MCA fee and filing services before acting.

Data and privacy

• No government credential, MCA OTP, PAN, Aadhaar or payment detail is collected. Gateway signup uses a name, email, mobile number and two gateway-only OTPs.
• Guest workspaces store only what you type: a display name and an example company profile.
• Guided-route progress is stored in your own browser and is never transmitted.
• A guest session cookie identifies your workspace. It carries no personal data.

Copyright policy

Statutory text, form names and service descriptions originate with the Government of India and remain the property of the respective Ministry, authority or institute. They are referenced here for guidance, with attribution and a link to the issuing source.

Official emblems, logos and seals are deliberately not reproduced. The State Emblem and the marks of the Ministry and its bodies are protected, and displaying them on an independent site would imply an endorsement that does not exist. Related organisations are listed by name and linked to their own sites instead.

Photographs are used under their stated licences with attribution shown beside the image.

Hyperlinking policy

Links to government sites are provided for the reader’s convenience and open in a new tab. This site does not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, availability or privacy practices of any external destination, and a link does not imply any relationship with the linked body.

Content is linked, not copied or framed. Where a page reproduces a figure or a date, the source and the date it was read are stated so the reader can verify it.
