EASE OF DOING BUSINESS

Not a list of services. A route, in order, with the next click named.

The difficulty with company filings is rarely the rule. It is that the portal is arranged by form number and leaves you to work out the order yourself. Pick what you are trying to do and follow it step by step — each step names the exact menu path, what it costs, how long it takes, what has to happen first, and the trap that catches people.

Six steps from name to bank account. SPICe+ bundles most of them into one application, which is the part almost nobody realises.

Watch out. A DSC can be associated with only one MCA user ID. Name and date of birth must match PAN exactly or the certificate has to be reissued.

Reality check for this route

India genuinely does this well. SPICe+ Part B applies for incorporation, DIN, PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC, professional tax, a bank account and GSTIN in a single form. The difficulty is not the number of applications; it is that the portal never tells you they are bundled.
